Jimmy Kimmel is this year's host of the 36th annual AMAs, which will also feature performances by Mariah Carey, Coldplay, Kanye West, Jonas Brothers, Alicia Keys, Rihanna, Ne-Yo, New Kids on the Block, Pussycat Dolls, Taylor Swift, Pink, The Fray and Annie Lennox, who will receive the special Award of Merit. Jordin Sparks, Scott Weiland and Billy Ray Cyrus would be awarding trophies at the ceremony.
