Things always get a little out of hand when it comes to anything political during the hot topics portion of The View. No different with the healthcare reform bill that was just passed--everyone's flailing their arms, huffing and puffing, spitting out their opinions rather than discussing, although Joy tries to have a discussion to understand Elisabeth's point of view, Sherri just refuses to hear it, while Whoopi and Barbara take turns playing "disciplinarian" around the table.
